1. Does Origin wakeboard tower fit my boat?

Origin wakeboard towers is an universal design to fit most wakeboard boats between 68”-104” wide, but for narrow boats, you may need to cut the top cross bar shorter to fit.

2. What material is the tower made from?

The tower is made from 6063 T6 aluminum, which we have been using to build wakeboard towers for 15 years.

3. Is the tower easy to install?

All our towers are very easy to install, 2 persons are needed and it usually takes 2-4 hours to finish install.

4. How tall is the tower?

All origin towers are designed around 50"-55” tall from the mounting level, and the exact height depends on the tower model and distance between the front and rear mounts. You can also find the exact height in description of each tower.

5. Does Origin wakeboard rack fit my tower tube?

Origin wakeboard rack standard package offers 5 rubber inserts to fit 1.75", 1.875", 2”, 2.25”, 2.375" and 2.5” tubes, which can cover most popular tubing size on market.

6. Do you sell products globally?

Yes.

7. When will you ship my order?

We always ship your order within 2 business days from the date we receive your payment. If you place your order but don’t submit payment, we will ignore your order automatically, and you don’t need to inform us to cancel.

8. What carrier do you use to ship?

We ship by UPS or Fedex ground, it usually takes 1-5 business days to arrive.

9. What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal or credit card payment.

10. What should I do if I am unsatisfied with the products or the product doesn’t fit my boat?

You can return the products within 15days from the date you receive your order. If there is a quality problem, we will pay the return shipping cost by sending you a UPS return label. If you dislike the products or it doesn’t fit your boat, you can return the products on your cost, or PayPal us the return shipping cost and we will send you the UPS returning label.

11. Can I get continuous after sales services in the future?

Sure, we keep all common spares in stock and we supply free replacement for damages during transportation or quality issues. However we cannot cover the cost you paid to the third party to replace the parts, and all our products are priced based on this policy.
For any spares lost or destroyed by comsumers we will offer the spares at cost price. You can find the spares in the menu of accessories.
